About Your Order:
Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus orders may take 1-2 weeks to process and ship. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.
For International shipping please allow an additional 7-21 business days.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed.
Can I make changes to my order?
No, once an order is placed you cannot make any changes. You can however return or exchange your order. (see returns)
When does my order ship?
Once the order is placed, your shoes will ship within 2 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will be sent a confirmation email that contains your tracking number once your package has shipped.

Domestic Shipping:
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE shipping for U.S customers (excludes Hawaii & Alaska).
Hawaii or Alaska residents will be charged a shipping fee of $7.00
How long will shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days to arrive once it has been packed and shipped from our facility.
Returns & Exchanges:
What is the return policy?
All returns and exchanges are accepted for up to 7 days after the item has been delivered. Items must be unworn and returned in the original packaging with the dust bags and shoe horn. All returns will be credited to original form of payment within 5-10 business days of receipt.
How do I return or exchange?

Are returns free?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns at this time. Customers must pay the shipping cost for returns. Please email (service@nolostsole.com) for further details.
What if I receive a damaged item?
We will accept returns on damaged items as long as it is unworn and in the original packaging with the dust bags and shoe horn.
International Shipping:
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to: Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France & Australia
How long will shipping take?
We ship via USPS which can take anywhere between 2-10 business days (depending on your location) to arrive once it’s been packed and shipped from our facility.
Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns, however you are required to pay all shipping charges.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are accepted. Customers must pay for shipping charges back to our facility. Once we receive your order we will ship out the exchanged item at no cost.

About the Product:
What sizes do you carry?
We carry Men's U.S sizes 8-12 in all of our shoes.
NOTE: We only offer whole sizes. If you typically wear a half-size, we strongly recommend that you size down. For example, if you wear a size 9.5, we recommend that you size down to a 9.
